"Lewis and Clark State Park
On 5 September 1983, the body of John Lee Hispher was discovered on a footpath West of Lewis and Clark State Park with his throat cut. He was a transient living in the area at the time. In December of 1985, two subjects were arrested after bragging about killing someone in the area and were subsequently found guilty of murder."
